Programs & Fees

The purpose of the Uintah County Weed Department is to control existing noxious and invasive weeds and prevent the introduction of new noxious weeds into Uintah County. It is the responsibility of each citizen in the County to control noxious weeds on their property. For citizens of the County who do not have access to weed control equipment the Weed Department may assist citizens in identifying and controlling their noxious weeds. The Weed Department reserves the right to deny services in areas that may be injurious or hazardous to employees or County equipment.
